We carry a full line of surfboards both longboards and shortboards, fiberglass boards, epoxy boards and soft boards.  We carry lots of shapes and sizes from 5'6" up to over ten footers. We also carry a full line of Bodyboards (both hard bottomed and soft bottomed boards) including small ones for the kids as well as BIG 44 inchers for the BIG guys.

Wetsuits are designed to keep your body warm while surfing in colder waters. Wetsuit rentals are only available and really only needed November-February.

In these economically trying times we all need to make sure that what we buy is perfect for us. For that reason, Pipeline has set aside a selection of skimboards from beginner level to advanced that are available for rental.

Why not "try before you buy" an age old question that has now been answered by your friends at Pipeline Surf Shop. We have rental boards available at our retail location so come down and check them out.

I'd Rather Not Stand

A bodyboard, in surfing slang also known as a sponge, is a small, rectangular piece of foam and usually between 39 and 42 inches long. Most bodyboarders ride the wave lying down, called prone, but it can also be ridden standing up.

The board's core is made from polypropylene, dow, or arcel, which are all types of plastic. Each one of them gives the board a different amount of flexibility. The core is glued to a thick plastic bottom, also known as the slick. The top of the board is made from softer plastic to give the rider a firm grip.
